Moshe specializes in drafting and prosecuting patents worldwide, in the areas of high-tech, computer science, Internet security and commerce, electronics, and telecommunications. He has particular experience with computer-implemented inventions that use machine learning and artificial intelligence. Moshe’s practice also covers mechanical inventions and medical devices. 

Moshe’s clients include major research institutions in Israel (Technion, Tel Aviv University, Hebrew University), medical centers, large multinationals (IBM, Genesys Labs), and scores of startup and tech companies.

Moshe also has extensive experience in providing general patent portfolio advice and opinion work, including freedom-to-operate, patent validity, and patentability analyses.

Moshe was most recently a partner and head of the high-tech and engineering practice area at Geyra Gassner Kesten. Formerly, Moshe held several senior law firm and in-house positions in the United States. 

Moshe holds a law degree from Tel Aviv University, and has a graduate degree in business administration from New York University. Moshe is admitted to practice before the Israeli and New York bar associations.
